Today leaving my apartment I had a hell of a time getting into any gear. I noticed that first the engagement point had been moved up and it came to me. The clutch petal was halfway down where it normally would have been (foot off the clutch) I put my foot under the pedal and pulled the pedal up. Everything was fine after, the clutch would fully disengage and the engagement point was what I was used to, and it took the same effort to get into gear.

I've noticed it was hard to get into gear once before this. I think its weather related as it was cold this time and last. Well it was 50 Fahrenheit but colder weather than recent. Any help is appreciated.

Check around the slave something might be coming into contact, or it just might need to be re-bled or the master or slave may be failing.
