I doubt your turbo is leaking, if it was you would have a James Bond, smoke screen thing going on.
That leak shown in the picture is very common. To correct this and make things cleaner there, take the front air dam down, clean it up so it looks new. Clean off the bottom of your intercooler, and note the weep hole. remove the bottom hose on the intercooler and clean things up, put the hose back on and consider a new clamp, and clamp it down nice and tight. The oil is going to return so to keep things looking oil free, I put a piece of oil soak pad in the air dam tray to catch and hold the drips. Every oil change change your drip pad. You can use anything to catch the oil. If you keep up with it every 3500-5000 miles it will stay clean.
