Here's the deal.. I would love to drive the 242 to a meet but I cant be makin far meets with this beast because it is just too goofy at times.
Also... the girl hates it. She is coming yes.
So anyone got some ideas? I always hate (and never have actually done) meets close by. I feel like it is easy for me to get to but then hard for everyone else.
Let me hear your thoughts. I'm near Great America.

I would think that STL would be a great place to hold a meet. Chicago would also be a great place with lots of things to do and see for the whole family.
I think it would be cool if we could have a real meet with show and shine alone with a track day.

That would be a good time! There need to be more Midwest meets. STL would be fine with me since I'm only about 45 mins away from there. It would be great to meet more midwest people, since I have only met a few.

Haha, probably not but I'm crazy enough to do it since there is nothing to do around here at all. 
It also gets me out, and lets my car get out of the regular pattern of just to school and back.

How about Rantoul? They hold AutoXs out there and it's kind of in the middle of everywhere so it isn't too bad of a drive for everyone.

I have to replace the axle in my car on monday, but after that I might be in, Phil (SaffC70) might be in with Doug possibly. Smithwicks I know expressed interest in some sort of meet, I can talk to Art (both of them, one with the SaffC70 and the other with the Black S60R) and see what they think, we might be able to work something out...

Ive had some cravings for BW3's as of late, possibly meet at one on a Saturday or Sunday and watch some football playoffs?
Looked at their locations and they've got one kinda central/I would be willing to make the drive down in Mt. Prospect. Also one in Vernon Hills that would definetely be driving distance for me.
