Not too hard. Just remove the door panel and window motor, then unclip the green connector discs from the regulator, and the window should slide out. (The Haynes manual should have all the details, its been about 4 years since Ive done this job.)

take off door panel. roll the window down about half way and youll see the window track. take off the clips and then pop the window off the track.
