Rear seat heaters in an 850? I'll check.

9132197 for seat heater.

harness under console and relays? Be right back

relay = 3523201 "214"

harness under front console? Not front console, center.

either 3523224 or 9148513, theres a note but it reads like greek to me.

"Property is the fruit of labor...property is desirable...is a positive good in the world. That some should be rich shows that others may become rich, and hence is just encouragement to industry and enterprise. Let not him who is houseless pull down the house of another; but let him labor diligently and build one for himself, thus by example assuring that his own shall be safe from violence when built." - Abe Lincoln

There's a write up here or on Mathews how to retrofit the rear heated seats.
Try doing a search:

9128541-1 Switch
9128542-9 Switch
9148513-6 Harness
3523201-6 Relay
9132197-6 heater element 2 required
9138876-9 heater element 2 required
