Seeing the outcome of our work left us very pleased. There were alot of rash marks and a few semi deep scuffs, which as you can see are about gone. Close enough for my approval anyways.....and I'm pretty anal about things like this.
Here's what we started with, the damage shown was on either of these wheels that we are repairing.

Left one about done, Right w/ JB Weld applied before sanding....
Both lips reshaped and rebuilt!
The painting is planned for tomorrow, getting them on the car is rapidly approaching.....
They will all need a nice polishing once they're on the car, lots of caked on spots that easily come off w/ some Mothers and elbow grease.
The plan is to kick these around for a while, I'm thinking they'll turn out pretty damn good which will make me happy........when good weather returns I will most likely end up getting them powdercoated (A NORMAL/TASTEFUL COLOR) or selling/trading for something else.
Oh, and the paint we'll be using is Duplicolor Graphite wheel paint, damn close match.....followed by the same wheel paint series clear coat.
Thanks again, Dave, for all the help......I know it's a huge PITA and very much appreciate it!
