couldn't agree more, and to be honest the over-crowded bit and the death penalty should hardly be seen as something that operates in conjunction with one another.

seems like a perfect fit to me .

Got to many uselss POS locked up start wacking them .

use there pointless dead bodies for medical research .

= win

Or use them as some sort of gladiator evens where they kill each other

what really defines a POS?

There's a lot of people who should probably not be allowed to live (heinous crimes, certain sex offenders, etc.) but what i'm saying is that the population of those sort of offenders compared to people like longbeach who are just so adamant about their desire to smoke, grow, possess bud while bashing their cars into curbs is more likely than not very small. Which leads to an issue of the laws that put them there not whether or not the death penalty is acceptable outlet for prison population, i don't like stupid people any more than the next person - but should they be killed for their insolence (rhetorical since i know you'll just say yes :P) ? And do they REALLY deserve the costs associated with their tenure in a prison?

3 strikes your a POS if your that retarded well then Death Pentaly for you

Considering with all the rules and regulations the dumb and inept are not being elimated due to Darwins law .

Its now Health Issues when your older that are finally killing off the weak and unwanted gene type. But at that age they have already spread there polution into the gene pool.

Farther back the unwanted gene type were killed off in battle or eaten by animals

/ survival of the fittest now its survival of the lazyest.

There was a neat artical in WIRED about this not to long ago .

"Our justice system sucks. You know, there are over two million Americans behind bars. That's a little larger than the population of Houston. Every year, there are enough children born in prison to fill 250 Little League teams and enough people are raped in prison to fill a stadium more than three times. Can you picture that? Three stadiums full of people raping each other? I know I can."

"It costs $54 a day to keep a person in prison, which comes out to $75 million a day nationally. That's $28 billion a year. When you think about it, wouldn't it be cheaper just to let us keep your goddamn car stereos?"
