There is a volvo meet in the works right now for Georgia. So far, its set for Dec. 13th (sunday) at 1pm at Andretti Karting in Roswell.

For those not familiar with the venu:

So far, how gotten about a dozen people to commit to be there, hope to see some swedespeed guys there too!

Rain kinda washed things out, but still had 7 Volvo's show up. The black 850R in the middle is a volvospeed.com member

Ha, only reason I said that is b/c the black 850R had a volvospeed.com sticker in his rear 1/4 windows. Me bad.

I wish I could have had that day off of work.... would have loved to go to another meet.
1996 Volvo 854 2.4L non-turbo 212,xxx miles Forsyth, Ga.
Works in progress - Conversion to turbo with a NA motor or 260hp no turbo. Say a prayer for me.
302mm brakes, IPD sway bars front and rear, QBM end links, MSD 6A ignition w/Blaster 2 coil pack, Jet Chip, Bilstein Shocks/Struts, R Springs. Hell I can't remember everything else.

My brother says he keeps seeing a 850R in Atlanta..he lives in the suburbs (roswell). Its got volans on it he claims as well..

Unfortunately i took one of your cars (Red 96 850R ) from Suwanee...was fun going up there to get it. You guys don't happen to remember a kid who was in the marines who drove it do ya?

Would anybody be up for another meet this month sometime? I'd really like to get to meet some Volvo enthusiasts in Georgia, also anyone know of a yellow T5-R in the Alpharetta area? Just saw it coming back from Wal-mart on Windward, I was SUPER surprised.

I like Monster trucks, and everything in between. I dont hate on peoples car styles, as long as its not some weak ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD car like a Geo Metro.
