I'm glad it's so well liked. I spent over a week trying to decide on the right shift knob. I've gotten completely adjusted, but I still would like something taller.

It's expensive because it's very hard to find a U.S. dealer, at least for that particular knob. Try and find one (actually in stock) for less than $80 shipped.
Regardless, Momo has knobs that are over $80 that don't necessarily have anything "special" about them.
