Fog Lights Into An 95 855 Base Made In 01/95 In Ghent Belgium

i'm somewhat confused if I can put the fogs, and if the car is prewired for them. 95 855 Ghent Belgium made in 01/95.
switch is there and the wiring is there plugged into blanks.

Remove the drivers side lower steering cover. you should find a yellow connector attached the the steering shaft. If it is there you can install the factory foglight kit Plug & play

so you are saying basically that I do not need a new grey headlight relay, 213 Fog plug relay and and auxiliary "J" relay in 201 position.
Instead I need to use different relays, correct?

this is pretty recent from 2010.
On page 2 there are pictures of the blue relays.

I have a 97 855T5 now, have had 6 other Volvos in the past. Sux I aint got um any more!

that's what I did and according to Vadis that's how one is supposed to proceed with late 95, 96,97 models.
For 94, early 95 the route seems to be different. that's what the first guy was talking about.
