So will a Rica 4.4M auto ECU, work with out any issues in a 5 speed 98 S70 4.4M?

It'll throw a CEL for missing TCU.

i have run a manual ECU in my 98 T5 Auto for a few hundred miles, and barring the exception of the initial start up, there have been no problems running a manual ecu in an automatic car.
and another thing, neither of my manual or automatic tunes have i hit fuel cut.
