I'm after some winter tire's and someone has some for sale I guessing form a 850.. Do you know if 15's will fit a stock s70? Or will they touch the caliper?

assuming you have 280 mm rotors.
If you have 300mm rotors, then they won't fit.
If you have 300mm rotors, then they won't fit.
