1st time attending to the Davis Volvo show and it was worth the year long wait. The atmosphere at the event was happy & upbeat except for the strong gust of wind that blew all types of dirt & pollen in your eyes :o . Other then that there were so many great insightful people from all walks of life & internet forums i can finally put a face to. Well heres the pics, i dint get a chance to shoot all 80+ cars there, because i personally wanted to talk to each owner about there car before taking a picture.
Also my 98 C70 won best in class for the 05' S40/C70 category! Funny people thought my 98 C70 was a 05",thank you all for the votes.

Thanks for posting the photos. You have a great eye for the details (and
quite a few of those images pull you right into those details in a very cool way).

This was the first Davis meet I have attended (or as it is called around
our house "Take your wife to your hobby day"). The collection of P1800s
was impressive. And I really liked the two 122 wagons I saw. Lots of
x70s, too, with many friendly people who took the time to talk about what they
have done and offer a lot of friendly advice.

I now kind of wish I had shown my 98 S0T5M since a car with perfo's, no strut brace,
no rear spoiler, stock suspension, air box and front grill would have really
stood out (like the plain girl at a beauty pagent) :)

Thanks to everyone who orgainized this and those who showed their cars.
1998 S70 T5M (IPD ECU, sway bars, end links, upper and lower poly mounts; Monroes; H&R springs; EST Turbo-back exhaust).
