I need to replace my pnp switch. I was told you need an PNP alignment tool? Is it really needed? Where can i buy one if i do need one. Dealer does not sell them. One other thing. Is the pnp switch at autozone for 45.00 as good as the dealer part at 127? thanks

Yes, you need the tool to align the PNP switch. Otherwise, you'll have the same problems over again. And NO WAY is the pnp switch at Autozone anywhere near the quality of the OEM dealer part. The dealer should have a tool to align the PNP. They have to put new ones in and align them all the time.
