FAIL! VW TDI gets better gas mileage and doesn't have a $7000 battery to replace.

The thought has crossed my mind before. I'd kill for a set of 5x108 AMG monoblocks but they don't exist (except with re-drills). I guess I'm bored. Maybe new color and barrels for the works are in order...
The CCWs on that Z are worth more than the car. I love my 240z but I can't justify spending an additional 3k on wheels for a car that would barely sell for that.
Otherwise, pretty nice for a '73.

They (VS) wax their cars? I thought the lastest craze was to wrap them in viynl so the paint is flat. At least thats what won the IPD show.
