Course Danny the gym that I go to has one of those small pool things that has a instant stream of water coming at you, so you have to swim against current. Faaaaawwwwwwwwkkkk, I swear my trainer was being a dick and turned that shitt to 11, I was treading more water than a fat black kid with water wings

HAHA, we had to to Helen last night. 400M run, 21 kettle bell swings, 12 pull ups. Wash, rinse, repeat 3 times. I did beat Kevin though.
