I'm actually installing the kit today. I just need a few fittings for the nozzles and stuff and some pushlock fittings....which I can get at any paintball shop. Res. and pump are in the trunk, 3gph nozzle is about 11 inches from the throttle body. I'm using it mostly as octane but it will still cool the boost considerably. Anything wrong with that setup that you might change Ben? I know the nozzle should be further away from the throttle body but it needs to be after my recirc valve so I'm not shooting meth all over the o-rings lol.

How far do they recommend that the nozzle should be from the tb? Mine is about 10-11 inches away, it seems just fine. You might have to try out a few different nozzles, im running a 5gph, but with the larger td05 super 16g turbo.

Sorry for the late response.....I'm hearing mixed reviews on the distance..."no less than 24 inches" was one of them. From my understanding, the closer to the tb you are, the higher the octane, the further away you are, the better the cooling. My 3gph nozzle feels pretty good but I'm wondering if I should step it up to the 5gph?? I'm making really good power from 4k-6800rpm....maybe the extra octane will help a little bit. Pump turns on at 13-14psi too....verified by sticking the hose out of the hood and driving down the road brake boosting

The 5gph nozzle is worth a shot. No clue about the cooling vs. octane trade-off, where did you find this information?
A better way to measure the psi at which the switch is set to is to just wire in a LED into the dash, connect the ground to any ground and tap the power from the pump power; if the LED lights up, then you know that power is being sent to the pump, and assuming that the pump is working, the light will tell you exactly when the pump is on.

Yes yes yes I know about the LED. I got lazy and impatient when installing it though. I'm going to put in a low fluid level sensor as well as the power LED.
