I was on the way back from picking up my girlfriend driving back towards my house on a divided highway that has a few stoplights spaced out a mile or so apart. As I sat waiting at one of these redlights talking to my girlfriend about what type of grub we are going to go eat I notice a 996 is waiting in traffic a few cars behind us in the right lane. So as I pull away in the left lane at the front of the four or so cars waiting in traffic I notice he has already somehow managed to navigate himself directly behind me. So as I clear the car that was next to me he gets right on my tail and passes the car and then jumps in the right lane bringing himself even to M3 I am driving with open road ahead of us. At this point I noticed it was not a normal 996 but a 2001-2002ish Twin Turbo and the guy driving it was full out douchebag that was cheesing from ear to ear. Clearly, this guy pulled up next to me to "race" and show how large his genitals are as a result of his superior car. So as I looked at him I laughed pretty hard knowing he had made a big mistake and downshifted back into 2nd gear at around 45-50mph and gave a quick punch of the throttle. The turbo of the M3 spooled up enough to make the wastegate open (2" of pipe coming out under the passangers door) the tires broke traction instantly with the rear end squirming alittle. So after having gone almost no place as a result of spinning tires I look back over to see the 996 driver mortified by the elephant sized manhood of the M3. At this point it was clear that he no longer wanted to race because he slowed down to below the speed limit and I just cruised in 5th. Then as we approached the next light he guns it past me and proceeds to race car drive from the right lane to the turn lane barely making the left turn signal. I found it pretty funny that he was all about racing the a slow M3 but when I opened the wastegate in his ear he didn't want to race the M3 anymore.

Just FYI, M3 runs 11's at 124-125mph
