anyone one know about this turbo and if it would be an upgrade to run in our cars?

Sounds like the 18T turbo that came on 99 V70R's. If so, then yes it will work and it should be a nice upgrade. You will need to swap to a straight housing or angled downpipe though.

There are several models of the Mitsubishi TD04 turbos. It could have come from a Celica. The model you want is a TD04HL-18T. Do you have a picture of it?

the 18t is a mitsubishi turbo.

ok so this is actually an 18t? im going to try and get more info on it, but all the guy could tell me was it was an t-18.

im also looking into a kkk k27, if anyone has any info on those

what he is saying is that the ceilca did not come with an 18t. the t-180 is a model type of early 90's turbo celicas. which came with a CT26 twin scroll turbo.

also you would really want a built engine for the k27... kabooom!

congrats, you've owned 850s...And you absolutely know NOTHING about how a motor would work? any turbo will work on any car. Now the complicated bit, when it will spool, what's the problem? a maybe 2L 4 cyl celica vs a 2.3L 5 cyl volvo. what's the problem? Why won't it work? Because the manifold design is different, luckily, we have technology called a welder that allows us to attach different flanges to a manifold. If you weren't so fucking hard headed maybe you would learn something, instead of just being insecure about what you know and saying "lewl i know more than these people who post up" and simply say "im not gay" for no reason.
