So there are decent homes for less than 600k in the Midwest? Hmmmm...

Tommy's is probably 3500 SQ feet. Didn't walk the entire house so can't speak to total size but the house sits on a ~3 acre lot - it's definitely a semi-rural setting. Mine is 3850 with a half acre lot that backs up to the forest preserve. Both homes would sell for ~$470 to 550k in the market. Difference is location (his is further out in the "country" mine is 2 miles from one of the major interstates). Schools are high performance and relatively comparable.

So yes, the answer is definitely yes Jeremy. Home prices have deflated over the last 5 years so there are some really nice opportunities now.

Oh damn that's clean! I like it a lot. Was it repainted?

I'd go a bit more aggressive on the wheels though

I like the Borbet's a lot. I actually think they work with your car better than the BBSs did.

Thanks, man. I'm digging them!

They're going to be for sale in June-July, if anyone is interested. Already redrilled to 5x108 and they come with regular and "flat caps" :)

Here's another from yesterday

 That didn't take long. Any idea what your next set of wheels is gonna be?

Are the lips on the Borbets polished?

From my understanding, they only made a couple hundred sets of 18" Type A's. I've only ever seen one other set circulating and they're spraybombed white. :glare: ^_^
