RobT5M 1,040
Pulled it in to do a little work since we were slow today. Ended up just doing brake pads and a few other maintenance/touch up things before we all decided to close up early for the day. Currently debating sending the comets out to get refinished or to do it myself and do a high gloss gunmetal like my nistos ust to be. Gonna run comets for daily wheels.
survolvo 2,863
Why do any work to it if you are going to crush it?
RobT5M 1,040
Why do any work to it if you are going to crush it? 1. still driving it, brake pads are pretty important. 2. most of the stuff on the car will be transferred over to the new car prior to crushing. survolvo 2,863
Brakes only make you stop. Highly overrated. Why crush it and sell it? Don't you crush enough cars at work.

Someone did a shitty job trying to fix the rear shock area and I discovered it while installing new shocks... Then theres that driver side qtr panel that was replaced due to someone running into it... I can say that this being a northern car, im surprised there is no rust. + I've always wanted a white s70. Plan is to pick up a white S70 with a blown engine or trans and just swap everything I have over to that. Pretty much, ill be crushing a shell.

ashvolvo 36
I posted our V70T5 project car a couple of pages back but here is my DD.It's a Holden VE Commodore Wagon ('Sportwagon' if you go by the cheesy marketing). It has Genuine HSV 20" wheels fitted that were fitted as an option when new, which need refinishing and Pedders springs. They're pretty common here but is probably a bit of a novelty for those of you in the US.
Emiel 742
I really like the simplicity of the Holden design. Only seen one in Europe, a HSV at the Nürburgring last year, rebadged as a Vauxhall.
