Swapped my mom cars for the day. Picked up a set of Neptunes in Alabama. The father and son both drove red on black 855R's.

Ok..........there are at least 3 different styles of oem fwd P80 springs that I am aware of, and some oem springs are much better than others, imo......

Rear muffler delete? How's it sound??

I've been thinking about doing this, but the crack upstream near the flex joint gives my XC plenty of growl :a-farmboy:

Hey Timo,

Sounds great, but maybe a little loud at times...1400 to 1600 rpms under a load makes the resonator, well, resonate. Highway speeds are fine. I've heard others remark that they removed resonator and kept muffler with good results, too.  That way there isn't as much noise inside the cabin. But in my neck of the woods, it sounds like most of the other trucks.

If they are the yellow marked ones, I would keep them. If not, I would consider the options, including the OEM yellow marked springs.I have them in both of my 850s and I really like them.
