I think it's just the OEM privacy glass yes. For comparison. The R has 30 / 20? It's been so many years. That's of courses the other way around 20% through and 30% through.

Both the daily drivers getting "summerized". De-salted and cleaned top to bottom, undercarriage degreasing, R bumper back on, install summer wheels. Photoshoot incoming.

Nice! Always tempted by the foam gun thingy. What do you use?

Edit looks like like a service truck rolling up to do this!!

wow - good for you man! My daily driver is my GTI and if the weather stays over 32 a few days ill power wash it/underneath during the winter but every spring i will do a good power wash underneath and usually clay bar/wax/sealer and that makes me feel better. I swear every year we put more salt down than the last...

I have a good friend who runs a local high end mobile detailing company. I added up what it would cost me to buy a power washer, the under-car spray wand thingy, and all the chemicals and I can have him come out for a few years every spring before I break even.. Plus he does a better job than me lol. I'm not positive what the all he uses, but it always comes out looking great.

He did the van for me, had him bring some moisture back into that old lacquer paint.
