I dont live in Europe, so here is more of a realistic scenario in the US
I am parked in my car eating some fast food, or in my car at the ATM ...ect.....and some dumbass comes up to my window and pulls a gun on me. I would like to think I could easily run him down with my car and then proceed to run him over without worrying if Volvo is going to step in.

What if the person is a quadrapeligic in a wheelchair? Will the camera not recognize him/her and nail 'em?

then this would be the second worst accident of their life
additionally, now only poor people improperly insured will hit you
What about the really obese people the primarily habitat the Usa.
And finally, what if hitting someone is required for safety. I had a guy run out from behind a parked car ahead of me. when I was coming to a stop at a stop sign,
He pointed a gun at my windshield and I floored it, He moved, WTF if it stopped, I'd be dead or robbed.
