I never post here but holy stuff I have to vent about this....

I hope some of you saw this story but for those who didn't here is the breakdown. 17 year old kid w/ 3 tickets under his belt runs a stop sign (20+ mph) kills a mother who was walking w/ her new born baby. Jury finds him guilty, 10 days later judge over turns ruling and the kid is free, no fines, no suspension, no nothing. Since then he has received 2 tickets (last year).

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE poking KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!! This piece of stuff is cruising the streets in his riced out eclipse trying to play 2 fast 2 furious on the streets, poking kills someone and gets off scott free. This shows just how ridiculous our justice system is. This kid needs an indefinite suspension of his license and some serrious jail time. I can't believe this crap!

And yes, that kind of behavior is deplorable, and should be punished severely.

although, while this child may have escaped criminal penalty, the family of the mother and child will likely retain a lawyer. Cause for darn sure this sh!thead is liable in tort. Bye bye rice rocket.

True dat. If he gets off that means someone else is paying for it, literally. I bet he comes home to a house with a lien on it and a pissed off dad who can't get all his paycheck because of garnished wages...
