Over the years Volvospeed has bought out a few sites that were either in trouble, or the owners were looking for increased revenue to grow. We picked up another smaller site today, and still have some funds available for others. As always we leave all of the current moderating staff in place and let the site be run the way it always has been. If you have a site or know anyone who may be short on on time, revenue, or resources feel free to have them contact me.

Give it another 3 months and Yahoo should be within your price range. 
I have a couple in mind, I'll let you know if they're interested. Any interest in foreign sites ? Mostly Western/Eastern Europe.
