I honestly believe, once you get it running again, you will like it a lot more. Engine stethoscoped it yet?

If Gabe doesn't want it, I know a certain German who may be interested also.

I'm sure I'd like it more if I had it running. I love that white, and I love the front end, and the motor is pretty much exactly what I want for a DD.

...the german, eh?

You mean another 30 mins :P

Smith and I did that... we concluded the shim or valve. Maybe there's a squirrel corpse in there.

The video from the VR will take me a bit. It's a huge file! 449mb!

LOL!! Yeah that's a big file

did that like two months ago, i reshimmed the valves. they are all in spec.

it's something weird... TB seems stumped.

stethoscope is inconclusive at best. ive checked multiple times with it and really doesnt lead me anywhere

I'm kinda wondering if the turbo is somehow messed up... its a T3 that I rebuilt and has 0 miles on it... maybe I'll toss a 13c on when I swap the head

Joe... you should come up here and look at it!

You have a 15g off the car, Joel?

Joe, that'd be awesome if you came up and we could make a mini-meet out of it. I'm just so stumped by that thing. its soooooo close.

time to go watch some fireworks.

speaking of fireworks... someone lit a firecracker in my backyard and with how dry its been, my yard started on fire and half of it is now gone. guy upstairs smelled smoke, saw a blaze out his window and went downstairs with a fire extinguisher, and called the fire dept.... NICE

Now, wheel question time. What width wheel will a 225 tire fit on? A 7" or 8"?
