Does anyone have or know of a shop or place that rents out lifts and or space where I can work on my car over the winter? The shop that I normally go to has stopped renting to the public.

If you find this place, I'd love to be able to use it for oil changes, etc. instead of having to use my own garage in the cold winter. If it's heated enough, it'd be easier to do things without fear of plastic snapping or what not.
