If you want to replace with oem drain pan, since you have to pull the pan anyway let me know I have an extra one for your car

For info:
The 240 oil drain plug should be 3/4-16 (confirm this)
Mcmaster.com part number 2521A668 is a 3/4-16 taper hand tap. It will work perfectly for you.
You'll want an 11/16" drill if you desire to pre-drill it (I wouldn't unless it clearly makes sense to do so when you are under there).
Go straight, go slow, use tapping fluid (made for aluminum) and you'll be set.
Just confirmed that a 240's plug is indeed 3/4-16
