He is a member on this board. StylinMotors I believe is his name. He is a good guy and company, there will be a good reason why.

Just go buy some vacuum line as a temporary until the silicone ones come in, you'll end up spending about $15 dollars on it.
Sorry to all the people who are still trying to get their money back.

This is the first time I can remember hearing anything bad about the company/vendor. Feel free to keep us all posted, and Dave is right, his VS username is StylinMotors. Hopefully he can comment?

im not saying anything other than the fact that the mail is so fucked up. If they were sent UPS or USPS there is a very good chance that is why they are late. UPS makes the postal service do some of their deliveries depending on location. Now is the time of year when shit gets crazy & rather than pay the carriers more because their work load increases they tend to just hold mail. The are paid via "mail-count" and corporate has been known to keep hundreds of full tractor trailers so that the count is low & the carries get paid let & all sorts of fucked over. My mom is a mail lady & we even have pictures of trucks sitting for over 2 weeks at distribution plants regardless if its 1st class or ass class

I, unfortunately, have had bad luck with them recently.

Ordered vac hose kit in the past no issues.

Tried to order boost hoses 3 months ago and it took them ~2 weeks just to PM me a discount code. Needless to say, I have a set of Samcos on my ride now.

Then... to give them another chance, I ordered Radiator hoses. Discount code was reactivated quickly, but they "ran out" of black. Not a huge problem, but the website said NOTHING about it.

I didn't even know there was an issue until I PM'd him asking about status and tracking information. I still don't have my hoses and my car is leaking... If I had to rate their customer service at this moment, it wouldn't be positive. Its not that hard to put "back order 1-2 weeks" on the website is it? Or maybe proactive email? I shouldn't have to wait 3 days without tracking numbers and PM him to find out what happened.Posted Image

I'm thinkin that's the case wit my order. I sent a email to them yesterday stating tha same things u jus said about tha back orders and such . Buyin vacuum hoses I can do, I jus didn't want 2 buy regular radiator hoses, put them on, put coolant in the car and tha damn silicone hoses come a few days later and I have to do all that stuff over again. Like I said I order from them twice before and had no issues. I hope this stuff gets sorted quickly

I was one of the first people to purchase hoses from StylinMotors when they first joined this board. I have placed about 5 or 6 orders with them since then, and every time they had excellent communication with me. I heard from them within 24 hours every time (usually it was only a few hours). I'm sure Sig will get this straightened out for you.

I ordered from them also when they first came out, the hoses have been amazing and just recently did I move to something else. I'd definitely say give them a chance.

I am giving them a chance and the only reason I am is because I ordered from them twice before and had no issues what so ever.

They just had a huge sale. Some of the stuff on sale was also back ordered from the manufacturer.

I just bought IC and radiator hoses, had to wait 3 weeks for the lower rad hose in black, it was BO'd.

The one thing they do is communicate. Call 'em and ask for Sherri.

And ditto the USPS sucking. I still have parts shipped to me floating in the ether. Also we are in to the silly season so shipping anything has a potential to get messed up.

X3 on USPS sucking ass this time of year.

I ship around 70 packages a month via priority mail. No problems up until about 3 weeks ago. I have a few out right now that are over a week and still not delivered. One is at 15 days and no sign of it anywhere, even with tracking.
