Would love to hear what kind of life changes you've made to drop that much weight. 60 lbs is a lot!

Well the main thing was to quit smoking so much f##king pole! I would smoke like an eighth a day and eat everything in sight...

whenever I was high I would go and buy taco bell like 3 times a day...

the second thing was a 1 year job in construction, manual labor tends to tone your muscles...

I saw how much weight my fiancee was losing and I was becoming jealous that she looked better than me, so I started hitting the gym and focused on improving my diet..

I am happily sober now, with a full time job @ Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep as a salesman, and am currently making plans to attend a 4 year for Radiation Therapy..
