I say we remove there vendor status and make sure they NEVER sell anything here EVER again .
The day before this was to be filled against them they finally refunded my money.
This is the nail in the coffin for me NEVER to order anything from them again.
There customer service has to be the worst the next worst is just flat out taking money and never refunding is the worst you can get.

Same with the AWD... if you don't actually own one, or never have, or plan to do so, then shut your pie hole.

was it.... "the economy"?
Also did they prove a fire?
Like i said from day one you see who people really are when the economy gets bad. I cant stand people who rip off others and it has become commonplace on here. I hope we have a better year on this board than last year. Alot of people have no morals and will simply screw people over for the quick buck, I bet a true warehouse never existed and they were probably the middle man the whole time.

Musta got in under the wire. Sorry to hear this went bad, I thought they would end up being one of the better vendors.
All they had to do was communicate, and provide refunds when requested. Now they lose a pretty big chunk of biz.

Exaclty .You know, I've ordered tons of stuff from them. Customer service was always good. I even got in on the last sale, lower radiator hose was back ordered, they said 4 weeks , and it came in 4 weeks.

Interesting to boot. Something happened. I have ordered from them a while back possibly a year ago.
After reading this post It closed my eyes for future business.

When was that ?I'm another of those people that seemed to have lucked out with my Stylin' order. Placed the order on a Thursday, had the hoses on my doorstep the following Monday. It's certainly odd behavior though, given they are a forum vendor.
It seems like they closed there doors right at thanksgiving and told everyone else to F off.

I've ordered from them in the past with no issues, even have the radiator hoses.
But from what i've read, after the 'fire' they are not the same. Not sure why...

I'll probably start having the IAC hose made but the IC hoses probably not, especially since IPD now have them at reasonable prices. If this is the case...anyway we can convince sconeman or FCP or IPD to sell the IAC hose and vacuum hose kits etc at a reasonable price?
