How much would an 18T with a wastegate actuator and no exhaust housing be and no price-increasing paint/polish? I'm assuming my 15G actuator wouldn't be strong enough for the 18t.

$500 + shipping, but I only have one 18T left and have had a few inquiries. I also have a couple of 19T's ;). I do not charge people to paint the housings, but I do for polishing. Actuators are just springs and diaphragms, it all depends on what boost your running, how worn the WG actuator is, what housing you have on, what you have to control boost. Springs, just like everything else wear out over time!!

Well mine is a 180k mile actuator and I want to get an 18T with an IPD stage III tune, so I think that merits a new actuator.

Your existing turbo should already have an angled flange and they can be swapped.
