Where can you get a speed-sensitive volume control for a 1997 855 radio? Any ideas?

A linear volume adjustment with a counter weight so when you slam the brakes it turns down the volume till you floor it again?

That's a standard feature for the top tier HU for that year, the SC-815.
They call is ASC - Active Sound Control. Here's it's description in the OM:
