I can see the players dispute over a 18 game season and I can see the owners dispute over ridiculous contracts to rookies who often just ride the bench and get chubby. With regards to the overall "Money Issue" both parties need to understand much of the country is taking pay cuts in jobs that are much more important then "entertainment".

18 game season is fine with me. No one goes to or cares about the 4 preseason games. But the season ticket holder is forced to pay to watch 4th stringers try to make the team. Its bad enough owners are raping them for a Seat License on top of ticket prices.

i would love the 18 game season without pre-season. the thing i dont get is it is still expensive to go watch a pr-season game as well. I honestly dont care what happens, cause the consumer isn't going see any difference in our pocket when going to games.
So hearing some dickface complain about making 10+ million dollars a year and compare it to slavery, it makes me wanna hit him. how bout this Peterson, they dont pay you for the whole year, the only thing you can eat is fried chicken and watermelon, and if you talk back to a white reporter you get beat to sh*t by them, you uneducated f-tard. meh, after attending the job fair here for the stadium, mostly all of the people that work in there are volunteers aside from the people who actually work for the team, stuff you would have to be for the amount that they dont pay you, haha
the people that will suffer the most if any are bars/restaurants. Hell look at all the bars in Cleavland that went under after Lebron left due to lack of people going, and they still have a team.
I bet it all gets settled in a couple of weeks, there is too much money
