Alright so in my 93 240 I have awesome, cold a/c...only issue is I believe the clutch is going bad on compressor, at times it will kick off (It doesn't kick off like it's low on charge), I have messed around with it and even put 12v to the clutch...sometimes it will engage and sometimes it will not. What I have noticed is sometimes when I spin the clutch by hand then turn the a/c on the clutch will engage again. Any other ideas and can the clutch be replaced on the compressor?
A/c Issue On 93 240.

Check the ground for the compressor, otherwise if it's not that, it sounds like the electromagnet part of the clutch is failing and this can be replaced separately. To gain access, you just need a puller to remove the pulley. Should be fairly common compressor so finding a used clutch shouldn't be difficult.

Isn't the compressor grounded on the block? I will check though sir. Also there is a little wobble in the pulley also it seems.

It should be, check the ground strap for the engine. Should be on the passenger side firewall to one of the valve cover bolts.

There should be a ground wire for the comprsser on the rear upper mounting arm since it is mounted with rubber bushings but sounds more like a bad cluch espacially with the pully wabble
