Just got back from IndeMotorSports Ranch. Mypal had a suprise when we went to pick up his car and i saw the new setup..

The car is basically a 2800lb GT1 CR with a 760hp Katech LS7 engine, tranzilla dogbox and 3.90 gears ect ect. Pratt & Miller had some imput on this car as well. Second time at the track in this car and first time at this track, so I was not going hard unless I had her pointed straight. All I can say is what a beast and a such balanced car even with no TC or ABS at all. Its a monster.

Inde is a 2.6 mile very complex track with 21 corners, blind corners, and 100 ft elevation changes which makes for a tough track to master. Even so, my pal came first in TTR. The Stock car is friends with a Methanol LS3 750HP and the guy in the pick is my friends mechanic that was our DD as well. Great guy and a Corvette genius.

What a car! Sounds like a blast!

My uncle professionally raced Corvettes and owned a Chevy/Mazda dealer in Ohio so I have always loved Vettes with a passion. I can't imagine the experience driving that thing around on that track...sounds like it was hella fun!!!

this had to be pimp, funny yesterday I was over @ Speed South who also race vettes and the shop was filled up with all types of LSX motor madness.

Well not just any Volvo... my Volvo But then again a track built race Vette with 760hp and 2700-2800lbs is another world.

What are you talking about? Its a privatly owned car and my friends car at that? I go down and have fun at track day events. I have said this all before.

WTF is your problem? Its a my friends privatly owned car, not a race team? I also never said I race GT1 corvettes?? Its based on a GT1 Corvette. My friend races Time trial and I go down and enjoy it at track day events. Just for fun pal. Infact check out ProAuoSports TTR results and he came first for last weekend.

Im am or was a member of NASA and have raced with NASA at Miller in Utah ,PIR a few times in Arizona and did the HPDE driver ed stuff. But I prefer ProAutoSports... Hurly hatch is a great guy to deal with, and this was a PAS event.

Oh and Im also a member of (ACR) Arizona Corvette Racing Club. Im a 35yr old man, not some 20yr old kid, and I dont make shit up. Just simply sharing with the VS members as we are all gear heads here. Hope thats enough for ya? Thanks for the interagation

The car is going to be wrapped again soon for a different look. And yes NASA is not racing.

For the record, I was also under the impression that you were involved with a team as a driver. Not sure why, just something I had in my head.

Also, are you aware your 'interests' says "Racing a GT1 beast in NASA/ProAutoSports"? Or is this a recent change given the conversation.

Either way, thank you for taking the time to share the pictures. Must be awesome to get seat time like that.
