I ordered a knock sensor, ended up not needing it, opened it but immediately repackaged it and shipped it as they said it was clear for a return as I didn't install it. I call up a month later not having received the funds for my return and they say it was installed and can't accept it for a return. what a pain. If you want to order through them, they have great prices and whatnot and I would probably order through them again but I will be wary of the less than exceptional customer service and I figured I would give you guys a heads up.

Ive bought tons of parts from them. prices and availability are excellent.
You've gotta be a prick. Threaten to take your business else wear. Ask for supervisors. I don't take no for an answer if Im in a reasonable position, which you were.
I have a set of Killen springs I bought from FCP, over 7 months ago, and they wouldn't take them for return not even with restocking fee, just to provide perspective. My screw up for being lazy, but the straps are still on the box, and I have my paperwork in order. Go figure. But I don't buy much from them, sales tax kills any deal on shipping they provide.

"Property is the fruit of labor...property is desirable...is a positive good in the world. That some should be rich shows that others may become rich, and hence is just encouragement to industry and enterprise. Let not him who is houseless pull down the house of another; but let him labor diligently and build one for himself, thus by example assuring that his own shall be safe from violence when built." - Abe Lincoln

I guess I'm just too nice. they sent it back with the box all folded up in a small @ss usps box, too. I feel like I've been manhandled
