They're always going to be about that tall. But I'm going from a 65.1 up to a 66.6. So they're not very thick.

Yes, I know, I bought some HID kit ballasts. One of my ballasts for the fogs (H3C bulbs) took a crap. $23 shipped for a pair. Waterproof apparently.

Bought a 2007 Kona Kula

http://www.mtbr.com/...86_1527crx.aspx

now I need to get pedals, for the meantime I'll be using it to go to and from work and then once I've gotten some stamina built up would like to hit some beginner trails. I know there's a lot of bike enthusiasts here and am wondering if its a good buy for a starter? My price range was 0-900 but this one I just really liked the feel of a lot.

Solid bike, good buy. Hit the trails now, the weather is perfect and summer will be too hot to really hit the during the day.

Yes. I really have one. Just bought it last week from a plumber friend who moved to Europe. It is for a specific purpose at work and it was only $1800.

x4 for $100. Gonna fill in the rash and fake bolt holes and then possibly rock them. We'll see, should be a fun project (not my picture, just a generic)
