Both these incidents of "accidental" shootings are cases of pure stupidity and disregard for gun safety. nothing to do with the actual gun itself. Anyone who has ever taken a gun safety course could easily avoid these "Accidents".

bit the bullet.

Let me know how it holds up. I worry about things like that rusting and breaking. Was it $500? The reason I wonder about stuff like this, is that I have Weber's portable propane grill and it costs $200 for something that's literally 1/10th the size.

I have 3 of the older Weber Genesis series form the '80s and '90s. And other then the wood shelf deteriorating on the older ones from being left out in the weather and the grates and flavoriser bars rusting out (you can get replacements in SS), they are still working like a charm... And you can still buy all the parts for them if something does break.

i have mixed feelings on the hidden controls.

I have hidden controls on my Bosch, it's not an issue, looks cleaner. BTW the Bosch is the best dishwasher I've ever owned. So quiet, I've had people open it when it was running cause it was so quiet! And does a very good job cleaning without rinsing dishes before washing. I'm sure you were limited in your chooses as bisques IS a hard color to come by nowadays...

Funny Neu: we've had a ton of issues with our Bosch, as have had 3-4 friends and family members. Can't stand the brand anymore.

And Mike: spending money like a boss.

:( No issues for me... My folks and by friend and his folks all have a Bosch too and we all love them... How old is yours? Mines about 2 years old. And what problems are you guys having?

at the house in lancaster we installed a bosch stainless steel one with the hidden controls. it's pretty good but there is an issue with the hard water cleaning them, but that isn't an issue of the dishwasher but the water itself i suppose.
