so i have a 1996 850 R and i just bought a JVC Kw-avx740 double din and i came across a problem with the speaker wiring. the OEM system in the car now has a 6 pin connecter for the speaker wiring, instead of through the regular connecter (the second smaller one) this one connecter only has the one wire to it. what am i to do when wiring to the wiring harness??

Order an adapter is the easiest thing to do.

One of the easier ways to deal with the stock Volvo amp is just to use it.
There's an adapter from the RCA out's on your new deck to the 6 pin DIN.
You can buy it off of eBay along with the right connector to pick up power.
