I have an immediate problem! I pulled out the old trusty 760 turbo wagon from the barn, got it running and rolled the windows down. Later in the day, I went to put the windows up and no go. The seat would not move either and it did when the windows worked. Everything else works electrically in the car. The big fuse at the top of the fuse box is fine. Is there a relay causing this? The fender relay is warm which is normal. Is there any other circuit that could cause no windows no seats? Thanks!

The two circuits appear to be unrelated downstream of the ignition switch. The electrical part of the ignition switch can fail in a way as to cause just such odd behavior. You might try wiggling the ignition key around while operating the window switches.
For the seats:
I would start by pulling the 11/35 and 11/19 fuses (11 meaning the fuse panel at the left end of the dash), then using a test meter, confirm the fuses are good and check the fuse holders for power where between one terminal in the 11/19 holder and a good ground point on the car: should show power (ignition on), and 11/35 should show power (ignition on/off).
For the windows:
Pull and test 11/34, test the fuse; holder should show power (ignition on); if not you might try temporarily jumping power to that fuse holder to raise the windows. If you see power there, you might try the passenger front door switch as this has a separate power feed from 11/34 (in case the failure is located in the driver's door harness). You might then pop the driver's door switch panel out of the door (you may/may not find you need to remove the door panel to do this)and check any of the black wires for continuity to ground, the single ground point for this system is located behind the left kick panel. Also check any of the yellow-red wires for power (ignition on); if not present, you could temporarily jumper power to any one of these yellow-red wires to raise the windows.

Thank you! The next morning I tried the windows and seat and they both worked. Something amis from sitting so long? I will test all the ways you mentioned to test. Not sure how the ignition switch sends power to everything, but when the windows and seat did not work, everything else did. Strange. I was wondering if any of the relays in the right side console were involved? Thanks

After not having driven this car for 4 years.... I have driven it a few times lately. And then, the windows would not work again as I was driving and an automatic habit happened.... I had forgotten that in this situation I take my hand.. and slapp the right side of the console where all the relays are and viola! Windows work! Although no one has mentioned a relay in this circuit.. there must be something in there with a relay. I now remember having to do this.. but not often. I wonder which relay is sticking?
