So I went to a local audio place to have the rear deck speakers in my '98 S70 replaced, and as I was messing around with the fade and balance, I realized that absolutely no sound comes out of the rear door speakers...is this supposed to be this way from the factory or have they blown out without me noticing? I rarely ever sit in the back so I never really thought about it. If it is supposed to be this way, is it worth installing speakers there?
Thanks!

there should be 4 speakers when you fade to the back. There are 2 door and 2 decks. If there is no sound comming from anything, check that the harness is fully plugged in to the stereo. If it is, throw a voltmeter on the connections at the door and deck speakers. It is unlikely that the rears would blow leaving the fronts working.
