My '98 V90 is in need of a set all around, does anyone know if Bilstein makes anything that will bolt up to this ride?
If not, I guess OE are the best replacements. Are they made by Sachs?

I haven't seen anything aftermarket available from the usual sources. I would ask and or research this in the performance forum at turbobricks.com:
