New Oem Suspension Causing Squeaking.

Just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone else has had the squeaking after installing this setup and what may have cured it. I have no problem doing control arms, endlinks, tierods (IN & OUT) but I would rather know what might be causing it to avoid buying everything.
The HD's had kilens installed on them before the ipd blues were put in if that would cause anything, seems very unlikely though.
Thanks

When is the squeaking occurring? Bumps? Turns? ??
You need to give a lot more info before people can help.

Did you replace any of the hardware outside of springs and struts? What condition are the spring seats, strut mounts, bolts, etc, in?

Everything on the strut is brand new. Seats, mounts, bump stops, washers, rubber pieces, bolts, nuts... everything.
The squeaking occurs during bumps or slight inconsistencies in the pavement.
If I go over bumps while turning the squeaking is not as noticeable and is definitely quieter.
Sorry I was not clear earlier.

That said I don't really know. What kind of spring seats did you use?

There isn't much OEM about this setup ...
just sayin

All components are OEM or OEM+.... just sayin
Xc90 seats, OEM strut mounts
Did you remove or loosen the inner control arm bolts? If you did, did you preload them when tightening them back up?
Nope didn't touch them for that very reason. Kept the hub and everything jacked up the whole time too to avoid stress on the ball joint and such.

Had some time to look at the front end today and the squeaking is definitely coming from the top of the strut itself. I think it is the washer that holds the bump stop is rubbing on the top of the springs. Anyone had this problem and found a solution to it, or will it just go away after time....
