Going to run another bead of silicone over the two tonight or tomorrow morning and then let them cure for the rest of the weekend.

May have gone a little overboard, damn near filled in the whole gap between the lip and barrel, but don't really feel like taking any chances.

Did you put any silicone on the sealing faces this time?

Not between the face and the barrel. We put a bead on the edge of the lip so when it goes on the face that seam is sealed, otherwise because the lip is inverted, you can't get a bead in there, but I didn't put it on like last time.

But like I said, I do not believe that how I sealed them is to blame for them leaking. I sealed the rears the same way as the fronts and the rears are not leaking. I think it's the finish on the Rotiform barrel and the silicone was not adhering to it.
