i need the wiring diagram for the rear reverse light i have to get power from it to hook up camera. i have to link power from it to camera and signal from that to stereo.

Easiest is to tap right in to the wire near the light.

there are two purple with strip, 2 blue, 2 black and one red. is red negative in this case, weird.

Red is not negative. I have a wagon so I'm not sure if the color codes are the same but I'll check if I can remember. But I went directly to the bulb housing and checked there with a voltmeter IIRC.

so blue was positive reverse... purple was fog light, black was licences plat light, also running im guessing which leaves red as - which powered my camera
