Take a moment and pause before hitting that "Post" button again. This is the second time today you've posted total trash in someone's thread where they were seeking information. If you don't have anything to contribute, just don't. For the record, interior swaps on these cars is not difficult at all. Especially given that the OP has already taken his interior apart once before. I'm guessing you didn't know that.
OP: My understanding is that there isn't much difference between the 2. Front seats are the same, rear seat main difference is the rollbar vs fixed headrests. What are you trying to accomplish? Answered your PM btw.

I am trying to get an idea of what challenges lay ahead and what interior parts I would need to source in charcoal should I decide to make the swap. I will take some pictures and see what I can figure out just from looking when I get the chance. Thanks again.

Hellen keller could swap interiors in these cars...
I don't know if she would have a Torx set though.
I use www.airbagit.com for air ride and www.motorsport-tech.com for custom adapters and I like them both

you really shouldn't be talking about posting useless nonsense in others threads.
on topic. taking the interior out is the easy part. but what you want to do is put the bolts in different labeled bags so you know where everything came from. yes it sounds time consuming but it works out when you put the interior back in.
98 v70xc nautic blue -currently being restored engine swap possibly

Unfortunately my best option right now is to part the car out and see what the future may hold.

The swap should be easy as youv'e done it before, Although i'll agree about the fixed headrest vs rollbar, and it being a convertable so not having and upper trim or headliner.
Rocking the Tethy's now!

Whether he has the skills to perform the work is actually a moot point, as far as the request for info goes.
