We have some sad news

Hello Alex,




Unfortunately, we're not able to host your group. The company's policies with
regard to working with offsite groups has changed since we last worked with you
and an event like what was done here with reserved spaces, etc. would not be
permissible.

Alright guys and gals its time we had an IKEA meet down here in FL.
The last one was in 2009 and was a success.
Lets make this one even bigger and better.

Right now it is looking like January 15th is working great for those I have asked, It is a tentative date dependent on the store of course.
Somthngfrce is helping plan this, since Marr is on the fence about when he is leaving the Volvo scene.

January 15th Sunday, 12:00pm

An invitation has been or will be extended to CFLEuro again this time, as well as every Volvo forum, crew, club, organization.
TurboBricks, FLVCOA, VSA, SwedeSpeed, MVS, etc.. etc...

Pre-Meet is in planing, look for information on that soon. (PM with suggestions)

Either that or come down friday night, stay saturday and leave sunday after the meet, whats it like a 9 hour drive .

Maybe we can organize a mini meet on Saturday for all the out of towners who plan on leaving early sunday. Junkyard cruise around Orlando anyone? LOL

as fun as that sounds i'm trying to get back to work and that would take me the opposite direction of florida. if i get the job that i've been told about it would be in maine and that's too far to drive. plus we dont get time off.

we are waiting on the person in charge at IKEA to get back in town at the end of the week.

Vcoa is also waiting on the word, same with a couple sponsors which is understandable.
