Hey guys!
Last weekend i ran this wiring kit in my 850 sedan! http://www.amazon.co...22069329&sr=8-1
Its true 4 ga.
I used this guide http://volvospeed.co...subinstall1.htm
Everything went perfectly! Pass through was big enough! I only problem i had was i couldnt get the rear left trim down all the way but its not noticeable and stay in pretty well.
So for anyone looking to do some wiring for external amps, i highly suggest that wiring kit. It came with everything!

first of all, I'm sure it's fine and I'm sure you won't have issues... but...
"The DB Link is not quite 4 gauge (5 Gauge based on American Wire Gauge standards for stranded wire) made from Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) and two thirds the size of the KnuKonceptz KLM-K4. What we found interesting is that the XK4Z is rated to 1200W and the PK4Z is rated to 1600W yet both include a 60A AGU Fuse!"

I have some DB Link speaker wire... and it's the same case... copper clad aluminum wire and not truly the gauge listed. Pretty much garbage but cheap as hell for 500 ft.

The Copper Clad Aluminum is true but only has a small resistance difference than copper so shouldnt be too much of a problem! Im doing a budget install so for 30 bucks i thought this was a pretty good deal. Also youll find lots of reviews saying it is and isnt true 4ga. I measured the wire and it came out to 1/4 inch. So IMO its close enough.
